Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and manage the company's online reputation, including social media, review sites, forums, and news platforms.
2. Respond to customer reviews, inquiries, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company’s public image and reputation.
4. Analyze public perception and generate reports on brand sentiment and feedback trends.
5. Collaborate with marketing, PR, and customer service teams to address concerns and reinforce positive messaging.
6. Identify potential reputation risks and develop mitigation strategies.
7. Craft and maintain a crisis communication plan to manage public relations challenges effectively.
8. Build relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and stakeholders to promote a positive image of the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in reputation management, public relations, or a similar role (3-4 years of experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in reputation management tools and platforms (e.g., Google Alerts, Hootsuite, Brandwatch,
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Creative problem-solving and crisis management skills.
- Experience with SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
