A. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the following tasks:
* Analyze: collect information from different sources (Google Analytics 4 and Big Query), and different platforms (Power BI, Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets) and create insights and information for different departments.
* Dashboards and Visualisation of Content: You will be using a number of different visualization techniques to increase the readability of data and convey specific messages, grouping them in thematic dashboards that can be navigated and drilled by users.
* Amongst others, you will analyze e-commerce sales funnels, sales trends, merchandising performance, pricing, and digital marketing performance (SEO, SEM)
B. Strong Candidate’s experience and qualifications will include:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, I.T, Statistics, or any Business-related course
* At least 4 years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Visualisation and Transformation
* Experience with Google Analytics 4 in an e-commerce website is necessary.
* Knowledge of Data Warehousing and ETL processes. BigQuery experience is a plus.
* Experience with Business Intelligence tools is necessary. Power BI or Looker studio experience is a plus.
* Capacity to understand website funnels and analyze dropouts, and work with CRO teams to recommend improvements.
* Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheet
* Can operate independently, managing the end-to-end reporting processes
* Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
* Demonstrated ability to communicate findings with management through excellent written and verbal skills
* Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
