Rental Listing and Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Room Rental Listing and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for posting and managing room rental listings, identifying and engaging with potential tenants, and facilitating contract signings. This part-time position offers flexible working hours with a strong emphasis on delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities:
• Create, post, and optimize room rental listings on relevant platforms (e.g., Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Upgrade to see actual info).
• Ensure listings are accurate, appealing, and regularly updated.
• Identify and engage with potential tenants through online platforms and lead generation strategies.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and schedule property viewings.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing rental contracts.
• Coordinate and facilitate the contract signing process.
• Monitor rental market trends in Atlanta to optimize listing pricing and content.
• Provide insights on lead quality and conversion rates.

Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate, property management, sales, or lead generation, specifically with U.S.-based clients.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. rental platforms (e.g., Zillow, Upgrade to see actual info, Craigslist) and effective listing strategies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in online marketing and lead generation tools.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting lead conversion targets.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
