Remote YouTube Video Editor (2 Videos/Day + Short Reels)

I’m starting a new YouTube channel and I’m looking for a talented Video Editor to join my team. You will be responsible for editing two full-length YouTube videos per day (based on provided scripts and AI-generated voiceovers) and creating short reels or teaser clips to promote each video. Responsibilities:

Video Editing (2 Videos/Day)

Edit raw footage and integrate the AI voiceover (provided).
Incorporate effects, transitions, and graphics to make the content engaging.
Ensure each video is high-quality and follows the style of the provided sample links.
Short Reels/Teasers

Create short promotional clips or reels for each video to be used on YouTube Shorts, Facebook Stories, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Make sure these teasers capture the most compelling parts of the video.
Collaboration & Communication

Coordinate with the scriptwriter and channel owner to ensure the videos meet our brand and creative vision.
Be open to revisions and feedback in a timely manner.
File Management

Organize and store all projects/files in a shared drive or cloud folder.
Keep project files well-labeled and easily accessible.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in video editing (portfolio or examples of past work is required).
Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
Familiarity with adding text overlays, motion graphics, and sound effects.
Ability to deliver professional edits under tight deadlines.
Good communication skills and a strong command of English.
Reliable internet connection.
Work Hours & Compensation:

Starting Salary: PHP 15,000/month (full-time, remote).
Incentives/Bonuses: Additional pay and incentives will be provided once the channel grows and is monetized successfully.
You can work from home, with flexible hours, as long as deadlines are met.
