Remote Video Editor (Real Estate Media Clips)

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a creative mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality video content with a fast turnaround time.

As a Remote Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing 45-60 second media clips for our real estate properties. These videos will be used across our social media platforms to attract potential buyers and renters. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure the final product aligns with our brand and vision.

Responsibilities:
- Edit 45-60 second real estate media clips with a focus on quality and creativity.
- Add overlays, graphics, subtitles, and other elements to enhance the video content.
- Ensure videos are optimized for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to meet specific project requirements and deadlines.
- Deliver expedited turnarounds without compromising on quality.
- Stay up-to-date with video editing trends and tools to continuously improve content.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably with real estate or similar content.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong skills in adding overlays, graphics, subtitles, and other visual effects.
- Experience posting and optimizing videos for social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary editing tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with real estate or property-related content.
- Knowledge of color grading and audio editing.
- Familiarity with social media trends and best practices.
