Remote Team Manager – Leadership Role in STR Management
Company: Elevated Escapes – Short-Term Rental (STR) Management
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote (40 hours per week)
Starting Salary: $600/month (60-day probationary period)
Post-Probation Salary: $850+/month (negotiable based on experience) with milestone bonuses

Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 7-hour workdays
Saturday & Sunday: 5-hour availability for guest emergencies and teammate follow-up (no admin work)

Elevated Escapes is a short-term rental (STR) management company that focuses on maximizing property profitability while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are hiring a Remote Team Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations. This is a high-level leadership role requiring previous management experience, real estate or STR industry knowledge, and strong decision-making skills.
Proven Leadership Experience – Must have previously held a leadership position managing teams and operations.
Real Estate or STR Industry Experience – Must have prior experience in real estate, property management, or short-term rental operations.
Strong Communication & People Management Skills – Must be able to set expectations, hold tea
Strategic & Analytical Thinking – Must be capable of identifying inefficiencies, optimizing workflows, and implementing solutions.
Reliability & Problem-Solving – Must be comfortable handling urgent situations, guest issues, and operational challenges with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Manage the Team – Oversee remote maintenance coordinators and guest communication staff, ensuring efficiency and accountability for a team of 6-8 Remote Tea
- Optimize Operations – Improve workflows, enforce SOPs, and ensure seamless maintenance coordination.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Troubleshoot guest and owner issues, manage vendor relations, and handle emergency situations.
- Performance Tracking – Monitor key metrics, conduct team check-ins, and implement process improvements.
- Owner & Vendor Communication – Maintain professional relationships, negotiate service agreements, and ensure quality standards.
Compensation & Hiring Process
60-Day Probationary Period: $600/month
Post-Probation Salary: $850+/month (negotiable based on experience) with milestone bonuses
