Track and report service issues such as customer wait times, liquor swaps, and staffing challenges.
Prepare detailed daily reports with timestamped evidence and actionable insights for clients.

Requirements:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and discrepancies.
Comfortable navigating POS systems and security camera software (training provided).
Excellent written communication skills for creating professional daily reports.
