We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Staffing Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our success by identifying, qualifying, and securing new clients for our staffing agency. We specialize in placing candidates in a variety of entry-level positions, including:
General Labor
Driving

Responsibilities:
Account Acquisition
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their hiring requirements.
Effectively present our staffing solutions and value proposition to key decision-makers.
Negotiate and close staffing agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in staffing and recruitment.
Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficient in using computers and common software applications (e.g., CRM,
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Compensation: Negotiable base salary plus comission
