Are you a creative strategist with a passion for social media and interior design? Join our team and take charge of our Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest presence! You'll craft compelling content, build strong community relationships, and drive engagement that strengthens our brand.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand stories and trends
- Create eye-catching visuals and engaging captions that resonate
- Schedule and manage posts using tools like Sprout Social or Later
- Respond to comments, messages, and build an authentic community
- Manage influencer collaborations and UGC collection
- Stay ahead of social media trends, delivering performance-driven results

What We’re Looking For:
- at least 3+ years of experience in social media management
- Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Strong writing skills and a keen visual eye
- Passion for home decor and interior design
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools
- Ability to work with US-based teams via Slack, Zoom, and Airtable

2) Can you describe successful campaigns you managed on these platforms? (IG, Facebook, Pinterest)? Please explain your approach for each platform. If no experience (ex. no Pinterest exp), how would you approach and leverage that platform with Home Goods or Interior design products?

3) Our company serves both B2C (direct-to-consumer) and B2B (department stores, furniture retailers, interior designers, boutique hotels), how would you craft a differentiated social media strategy for each audience? Which platforms would you prioritize for each? What type of content would you create to appeal to both?

4) We are looking for who knows how to optimize social media ad spend. If given a fixed budget, how would you allocate it across Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest? What factors influence your decision and how would you A/B test different creatives and messaging?
