Job Description:
The Remote Social Media & Client Engagement Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging social media graphics, scheduling and sending text messages, coordinating client tours, and keeping clients updated about new offerings and studio events. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who has a passion for fitness, social media, and client communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Content Creation:
Design 3-4 high-quality graphics weekly for social media platforms
Collaborate with the team to ensure designs align with brand standards and engage our audience.
Client Communication & Scheduling:
Send text messages to schedule in-person tours, answer inquiries, and set up phone calls.
Send new updates, promotions, and reminders to clients via text messaging.
Social Media Posting & Engagement:
Schedule and post created graphics with relevant captions on social media.
Monitor and respond to social media interactions when necessary.
Requirements:
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in graphic design or social media content creation.
Familiarity with social media platforms
Skills:
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools).
Strong written communication skills in English.
Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and stay organized.
Availability:
20 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
