About the Role
--
We’re seeking a results-driven, creatively-minded Remote Social Media & Affiliate Marketing Manager to take ownership of our organic and performance-driven social channels and affiliate marketing programs.
This is a unique hybrid role that blends strategic performance marketing with creative brand custodianship. You’ll be responsible for growing and engaging a high-intent wellness audience through content that performs — while also managing influencer and affiliate campaigns that drive measurable revenue.
You’ll sit at the intersection of creativity and conversion, helping expand a high-end, conscious wellness brand’s digital presence with impact, precision, and authenticity.
Key Responsibilities

- Performance-Driven Social Media Strategy
- Own and execute a data-informed social strategy focused on engagement, growth, and conversion.
- Plan and publish high-performing content across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Analyze performance data to continually refine content types, formats, and posting strategies that support customer acquisition and retention.
- A/B test different creatives, messaging, hooks, and CTAs to optimize growth and clicks.
Creative & Brand Custodianship

- Ensure all content and partnerships reflect our brand voice, visual identity, and wellness-driven ethos.
- Be a brand guardian across social channels — striking the balance between aspirational and actionable content.
- Storyboard, and deliver on-brand assets that support campaign objectives.
Affiliate & Influencer Marketing for Growth

- Develop and scale a high-performance affiliate program across platforms (Refersion, UpPromote, LTK, etc.).
- Recruit and manage a network of creators, partners, and influencers focused on ROI and brand alignment.
- Provide campaign briefs, custom assets, and performance reports to drive continual improvement.
- Track and optimize revenue-driving partnerships using UTM links, promo codes, and CRM tagging.
Community Activation

- Drive audience engagement through proactive community management (comments, DMs, polls, giveaways).
- Initiate performance-friendly engagement strategies (e.g., user-generated content campaigns, share-to-save offers, exclusive drops).
- Identify brand advocates within the community who can be nurtured into affiliates or ambassadors.
Campaign & Cross-Channel Support

- Support integrated marketing campaigns by creating and repurposing content for social and affiliate distribution.
- Create organic-to-paid funnels and retargeting opportunities.
Align
Requirements
--
- 5+ years of experience in social media and affiliate marketing with a proven track record of performance and ROI.
- Experience managing and scaling influencer/affiliate programs in wellness, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong understanding of performance KPIs: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.
- Comfortable working with tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business, Pinterest Analytics, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, - Shopify, and affiliate dashboards.
- Excellent creative instincts and copywriting skills, with a sharp eye for storytelling that converts.
- Highly organised, data-literate, and comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Deep passion for wellness, sustainability, and conscious consumerism is a plus.
Nice to Have

- Paid social media experience (especially Meta or TikTok ads)
- Video editing or Canva skills
- Familiarity with influencer platforms like Aspire, Dovetale, or Impact
