Job Description:
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Representative / Data Entry & Customer Service Specialist. You’ll play a vital role in managing customer leads, maintaining organized spreadsheets, and driving sales through email, phone, and our online lead portal.

With our training, you’ll gain extensive knowledge about tires, rims, and cars, empowering you to confidently guide customers in choosing the perfect wheel and tire. If you’re ready to work hard, think on your feet, and close deals with confidence, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

Organize and update customer leads in spreadsheets.
Forward leads to the manager promptly and efficiently.
Sales:

Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and our online lead portal.
Provide tailored quotes for tires and wheels, ensuring you meet customer needs.
Follow up with customers, address their questions, and close sales confidently.
Build rapport with customers, offering a professional and pressure-free sales experience.
Customer Service:

Ensure every customer interaction is positive and informative.
Assist customers in understanding product options and making confident purchasing decisions.
Data Entry & Organization:

Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
Use Excel proficiently to track and manage data.
Qualifications & Skills:

Strong communication skills (verbal and written). English level of a native english speaker. You need the ability to speak english like it's your first language.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with data entry.
A natural ability to sell and close deals without being pushy.
Quick learner who can think on their feet in a fast-paced environment.
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
A passion for providing excellent customer service.
Sales experience is an asset, but not required – we will teach you everything you need to know!
