We are arileo marketing a results-driven marketing agency that helps local businesses generate more leads & increase revenue through Facebook & Instagram ads. We specialize in working with Construction, Interior Designers, Education & Coaching, Medical Services, Cosmetic Clinics, and Real Estate Developers.

We are expanding and looking for motivated Appointment Setters who can cold call & send DMs to business owners, schedule appointments, and help us grow!

???? Job Responsibilities:
? Cold Calling local businesses & pitching our lead generation services.
? Sending DMs to potential clients via Instagram, LinkedIn & email.
? Booking appointments for our sales team with business owners.
? Following up with leads and maintaining a CRM.
? Meeting daily & weekly appointment-setting targets.

???? Compensation:
$50–$100 per booked appointment (performance-based).
Bonuses for high-performance setters.
Opportunity to move into a full-time role with a base salary.
???? Requirements:
?? Experience in cold calling or appointment setting (preferred but not required).
?? Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing).
?? Strong communication & persuasion skills.
?? Self-motivated and results-driven.
?? Available to work at least 4-6 hours per day.
