Bizsentials, a U.S.-based business consulting firm, is looking for a confident, professional sales closer based in the Philippines. We need someone who can speak fluent, neutral English with no strong accent and is experienced in closing high-ticket offers.
You’ll be working with a list of cold leads—your job is not to set appointments, but to build rapport, pitch our services, and close deals. This is a results-driven position for someone who thrives in a remote sales environment and can handle clients with professionalism and confidence.

Bizsentials helps startups and small businesses with branding, website development, funding, digital marketing, and operational consulting. Our service packages range from $2,800 to $9,800 USD, and we are growing fast with a consistent lead pipeline.
--What You'll Do:
Call and follow up with cold leads provided to you
Conduct discovery calls and explain Bizsentials’ services clearly
Present high-ticket offers and handle objections professionally
Close qualified leads and manage follow-up communication
Track pipeline activity using our CRM
Collaborate with the team to improve outreach and conversion
--What We're Looking For:
Excellent spoken English with no strong accent (neutral and professional)
At least 2 years of proven sales closing experience
Experience selling to U.S. clients or high-ticket service offers
Strong communication and persuasion skills over Zoom and phone
Organized, independent, and self-driven
Familiarity with CRM tools and remote work software
--Work & Compensation:
$10–$15 USD per hour (based on experience)
5% commission on each closed deal
20 hours per week (with some overlap in U.S. business hours)
Paid weekly via Wise, PayPal, or other agreed method
Opportunity to grow into a full-time or leadership role based on performance
