Commission Sales Representative – Real Estate & Financial Services

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Proactively connect with clients through social media, online outreach, and referrals.
• Lead virtual or in-person consultations to assess and meet client needs.
• Close sales for a variety of services — real estate, tax prep, credit repair, business consulting.
• Manage your sales pipeline with tools like Calendly, Trello, and Slack.
• Hit and exceed sales goals to unlock performance bonuses and other incentives.

What You Bring to the Table:
• Sales experience (commission-based preferred, but not required).
• Background in real estate, financial services, or tax prep is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and people skills — you know how to build trust.
• Tech-savvy: You’re comfortable using CRM tools, video conferencing, and schedulers.
• A goal-crusher mindset — you’re motivated, organized, and work well independently.
