The Role:

Make outbound calls to generate leads and introduce our services.
Identify and qualify leads to meet customer needs.
Meet or exceed sales targets on a commission basis.
Negotiate FTL and LTL Rates with shippers and carriers
Close new and existing customers

What You Need:

Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
Sales or customer service experience is required.
Willingness to learn about the shipping industry
Must have experience within the freight brokering and freight sales industry
