We are a growing M&A advisory firm that helps businesses with mergers and acquisitions. To support our work, we’re looking for a dedicated Remote Research & Analysis Assistant to join our team.
The Role:
As a Research & Analysis Assistant, you will help us gather, analyse, and organise information about companies. You will also play a role in identifying potential acquisition targets and may assist in reaching out to these companies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research companies, including their products, services, and basic financial data.
• Analyse research findings to identify opportunities.
• Record data on CRM system or spreadsheets.
• Assist in identifying and prioritising potential acquisition targets.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong internet research skills.
• Basic analytical skills, with an ability to interpret and organise data.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience with Excel.
• Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Previous experience in research, analysis, or outreach is a plus but not required.
