We are expanding rapidly and looking for a talented and dedicated recruiter to help us source and hire exceptional technicians to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a remote recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing technicians to meet our business needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and has strong communication skills to identify, engage, and qualify candidates for technician roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and post job openings on various platforms, including Indeed and other job boards.
Manage applicant data by transferring resumes and applications to HubSpot.
Conduct initial phone screening interviews with applicants to assess their qualifications.
Schedule second-round interviews for qualified candidates with business line leads.
Develop ideal candidate profiles and create interview guides to streamline the hiring process.
Be flexible to conduct interviews during evenings (5 PM - 7 PM) and weekends as needed.

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
Evening and weekend availability required for flexible interview scheduling.

Compensation:
Base pay starts at $5 per hour.
Additional $0.10 per hour increase for each technician hired and retained through your efforts.

Qualifications:
Fluent English with no accent
Experience in recruitment, especially in sourcing and hiring technical roles, is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in using platforms like Indeed, HubSpot, and other recruitment tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
