We are a successful real estate brokerage seeking a Remote Real Estate Administrative Assistant based in the Philippines. This part-time role offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance and the team’s needs. Candidates must have strong English communication skills with little to no accent to interact seamlessly with our clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

As our Administrative Assistant, you will:

• Manage day-to-day real estate administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle client communication, appointment scheduling, and follow-up tasks.
• Organize and update our CRM (Follow Up Boss) to track leads, contacts, and transactions.
• Prepare documents such as contracts, addendums, and listing agreements.
• Monitor deadlines and timelines for transactions and coordinate with all parties involved.
• Support marketing efforts, including posting on social media and creating marketing materials.
• Assist with data entry, research, and other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:
• Experience in real estate operations, including familiarity with the buying and selling process.
• Proficiency with CRMs, especially Follow Up Boss, or the ability to learn quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with little to no accent.
• The ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
• A reliable internet connection and appropriate tools for remote work.
