Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Webinar, Podcast, & Marketing Support Specialist to amplify our business growth through engaging webinars, compelling podcasts, and strategic content management. Key Responsibilities:
Webinar Coordination & Support:
Organize, schedule, and manage webinars, including outreach to co-presenters, such as marketing and compliance professionals.
Handle the logistics of webinar execution, from invitations to post-event follow-ups.
Research and secure opportunities for industry conference speaking engagements.
Collaborate with leadership to implement webinar strategies that align with business goals.

Podcast Management:
Coordinate podcast appearances, manage schedules, and liaise with podcast hosts and teams.
Assist in creating a consistent podcast production schedule and maintain a backlog of episodes and topics.
Leverage podcast recordings to create short-form clips for promotional purposes.
Research podcast opportunities in the industry and maintain a pipeline of potential collaborations.

Content Strategy & Management:
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy, focusing on webinars, podcasts, and thought leadership initiatives.
Leverage existing content to create engaging materials for social media, email campaigns, and client outreach.
Utilize tools like Capwing (or similar platforms) to generate video clips, transcriptions, and shareable content.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of content and marketing efforts.

Administrative & Project Management:
Assist in managing client onboarding processes, including setting up accounts in tools like Stripe and QuickBooks.
Maintain records and compliance-related documentation as per SOC 2 standards.
Ensure a seamless experience for the leadership team by handling project coordination and follow-through.
Regularly update leadership with productivity reports and performance updates.
