Remote Part-Time Paralegal

We are looking for an experienced paralegal to assist with litigation support, case preparation, and legal research. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who values discipline, integrity, and professionalism—qualities often found in individuals with prior military service.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and summarize findings.

Assist in case preparation, document drafting, and filings.

Organize and review legal documents, contracts, and case files.

Communicate with clients, courts, and attorneys as needed.

Support attorneys in litigation, mediation, and arbitration processes.

Qualifications:
Prior experience as a paralegal in litigation, real estate, contract disputes, or related fields.

Paralegal certification or relevant legal training required.

Prior military service (any branch) strongly preferred.

Strong research, organizational, and communication skills.

Familiarity with California legal procedures, Small Claims, Civil Court, or Arbitration.

Ability to work remotely with attention to detail and efficiency.
