Remote Paralegal for a US based law firm(Philippines Bar Passer)

Job Description:
Mango Bibo is seeking an experienced Remote Paralegal to support our clients, primarily attorneys and legal offices. This part-time role has the potential to extend to full-time based on performance and business needs. We’re looking for a professional with prior law firm experience who excels in legal administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Legal Research and Analysis
- Document Drafting and Review
- Client Communication and Support
- Case and File Management
- Legal Writing and Summarization
- Court Filings and Document Management
- Billing and Invoicing

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Must have passed the Philippine Bar Examination and be able to provide your Roll Number.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with a US law firm.
- Strong understanding of US and California legal systems and processes.
- Experience with case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase) is required.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Experience in legal writing( Wills and Trusts)
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong typing skills for drafting legal documents
- High-speed internet and reliable power with backup systems (PC, internet, and power)
- PC Specs: Windows 10 or newer, Intel i5, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, 25+ Mbps internet, up-to-date antivirus
- Ability to work Pacific Time (US hours)
