Remote Monitor – Data Center Operations - 7amm-7pm US Central Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Monitor Virtual Assistant to oversee the real-time operations of our Data Center sites. This role involves monitoring mining hardware, tracking performance metrics, troubleshooting alerts, and coordinating with on-site personnel to ensure optimal efficiency and uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

Real-Time Monitoring: Continuously track mining operations using remote monitoring software, dashboards, and logging tools.

Alert & Issue Management: Respond to system alerts, diagnose performance issues, and escalate problems to the appropriate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze mining efficiency, hardware performance, and energy consumption to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between site operators, technicians, and management, providing timely updates on system status.

Routine System Checks: Ensure mining rigs, cooling systems, and network connections are functioning properly by conducting scheduled system audits.

Documentation & Logging: Maintain accurate records of iUpgrade to see actual info, troubleshooting steps, and system performance.

Software & Firmware Updates: Monitor and coordinate necessary updates for mining software and firmware with on-site teams.

Security Monitoring: Identify potential cybersecurity threats and unauthorized access attempts and escalate as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience in remote monitoring, virtual assistance, or IT support.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Proficiency in using spreadsheets, reporting tools, and monitoring software.

Access to high speed, reliable internet and a reliable work computer.

Incredible punctuality and attendance for scheduled shifts. Required shifts are 7am-7pm US Central Standard time.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in remote IT support or help desk environments.

Experience in Operations Monitoring
