Remote Lead Manager | Appointment Setter | Work From Home

? Respond to warm leads via text & calls (NO cold calling)
? Pre-qualify leads using a simple script
? Schedule in-person consultations at our gym
? Confirm & remind leads to reduce no-shows
? Track & update lead status in our CRM

???? Compensation (Performance-Based):
• $3-$5 per booked appointment
• $10-$15 per completed (showed-up) appointment
• Flexible, remote, and work-from-home

???? Availability:
• Must respond within minutes when leads come in
• 8 AM - 9 PM CST availability required (on-call, less than 30 hours per week) average 1 hour per day. Follow up leads available.
