Remote Insurance Quoting Specialist

We are seeking a **Remote Insurance Quoting Specialist** to join our independent insurance agency. This role requires at least two (2) years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on **personal lines insurance quoting. You will be responsible for running accurate insurance quotes using our agency's quoting systems, ensuring that all necessary reports are pulled and uploaded into EZLynx before submission.

This is a full-time, remote position, and the ideal candidate must be currently employed in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately run home and auto insurance quotes using various carrier platforms and rating tools.
- Ensure all required reports (such as insurance scores and CLUE reports) are pulled and properly saved in EZLynx.
- Identify the individual with the lower insurance score and list them first on all quotes.
- Verify all policy details for accuracy, including coverage limits, deductibles, and underwriting guidelines.
- Follow established quoting procedures and adhere to carrier underwriting rules.
- Communicate with agency team members regarding missing information or additional documentation required for quoting.


Requirements:
- **Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in quoting or underwriting support.
- Currently employed in the insurance industry (or recently employed within the last 6 months).
- Experience using EZLynx, comparative raters, and various insurance carrier quoting platforms.
- Must have an up-to-date computer (capable of handling multiple software programs efficiently).
- Dual monitor setup to ensure optimal efficiency in running quotes.
- **Stable, wired internet connection** (no Wi-Fi) to ensure secure and uninterrupted work.
- Strong **attention to detail** and ability to **follow strict quoting guidelines**.
- Ability to work **independently and efficiently** in a fast-paced environment.
