JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: IT Technician - Help Desk (Full-Time)
Location: Remote
Schedule: 8 hours per day

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy IT Technician to join our dynamic Help Desk team, providing exceptional customer service for our healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a neutral accent, and a solid understanding of IT support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. You will be responsible for managing and resolving technical issues related to our healthcare client services using the AutoTask ticketing system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to 30-35 tickets per day, via phone or email, providing prompt and effective support for IT-related issues.
- Work within the AutoTask ticketing system to track, manage, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in daily Teams meetings and maintain a professional presence with the camera on while clocked in.
- Provide high-quality customer service and support to healthcare clients, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues quickly and accurately.
- Maintain clear and detailed communication with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Open to feedback on processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in delivering solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Proficiency in IT troubleshooting and support, including hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with the AutoTask ticketing system or similar platforms (training available).
- Ability to support dual monitors and work effectively in a multi-monitor setup.
- Must have a laptop with the following specifications or higher: Core i5 10th Gen (Ryzen 5, 5000) or above and 16 GB RAM.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment and participating in virtual meetings via Teams.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ability to handle constructive feedback and make adjustments to processes.
- A+ certification preferred but not required.

RATE : $7-$8 PER HOUR
