Remote Hotel Support Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Hotel Support Administrator to assist with the daily operations of our boutique hotel. This role is critical in delivering exceptional guest experiences by managing reservations, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and handling payment processing. Experience with the Cloudbeds Property Management System (PMS) is required.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Support
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information on reservations, policies, and hotel services.
Resolve guest issues professionally or escalate them to the onsite team when necessary.

Reservation Management
Manage reservations in the Cloudbeds PMS, ensuring accurate room allocations and accommodating special requests.
Verify that all booking details are complete and accurate.

Payment Handling
Process payments securely through the Cloudbeds PMS, including credit card transactions and other payment methods.
Maintain accurate transaction records and resolve discrepancies as needed.

Administrative Support
Update guest records and booking information promptly and accurately.
Prepare and distribute daily or weekly occupancy reports for the onsite management team.

Communication
Collaborate effectively with the onsite team to ensure seamless operations.
Alert the team to any guest-related issues requiring immediate attention.

Key Requirements

Experience
Proven experience in hotel administration, customer service, or a similar role.
Familiarity with the Cloudbeds PMS is essential.

Skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Technical Requirements
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace.
Proficiency in digital systems and office software.
