Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote HR Generalist with a strong background in administrative tasks to join our team at ICT Distribution. This role will directly report to the General Manager and is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions while providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Duties
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Develop and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training schedules.
Employee Relations:
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Promote a positive workplace culture by addressing issues and providing support.
Assist in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Ensure company policies and procedures comply with local labor laws.
Update and maintain the employee handbook and other HR documentation.
Monitor and track employee leave, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Collaborate with the finance team to process payroll accurately.
Administer employee benefits and track statutory contributions.
Administrative Duties
General Administrative Support:
Manage schedules, appointments, and communications for the General Manager.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Organize and maintain company records, files, and databases.
Event Planning & Coordination:
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Arrange travel and accommodations for tea
Operational Support:
Provide assistance in procurement, vendor coordination, and office logistics.
Ensure smooth daily operations by supporting various departments as required.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a remote or ICT environment.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Preferred:
Experience supporting ICT or technology distribution companies.
Familiarity with remote team management tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Asana).
Prior experience working with international teams.
