Remote Freight Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Freight Dispatcher.

Responsibilities:
Communicate regularly with drivers, shippers, and receivers to provide real-time updates on shipments, delays, or schedule changes.
Can deal with customers/drivers through phone calls, texts and emails
Resolve transportation issues, such as delays or detours, to minimize delivery disruptions.
Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure all documentation is compliant, including bills of lading and manifests.
Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, providing updates, and proactively addressing issues affecting delivery timelines.
Use transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software to track shipments, monitor performance, and generate reports.

Requirements:
Proven experience in freight dispatching or a related logistics role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance.
Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software.

Hours
Graveyard shift PH - 35 to 40 hours per week
