ABOUT THE ROLE:
This fully remote position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with a US-based employer and virtual teams, maintaining seamless communication and coordination across various tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in developing training materials for onboarding new employees across various roles.
• Hep the sales team with the processing of sales and purchase orders (data-entry).
• Evaluate and recommend systems and platforms to enhance digital/virtual workflow efficiency and ensure seamless operations.
• Provide phone support by effectively directing calls to the appropriate personnel or relaying messages to employees who are unavailable (minimum 3, max 20 calls in a day)
• Configure call forwarding and assess the most suitable VOIP system to enable incoming calls from the sales team through the company phone line.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least two years of experience as an executive assistant or a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives of a company
• At least 1 year experience in processing sales and purchase orders, managing files, and overseeing
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
• Familiar with VOIP systems and call management.
• Excellent comm skill (both written and oral) since you will be interacting with customers
• Strong file management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
