Job Summary: Ease to Everyday is looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to drive the growth and success of our e-commerce dropshipping business. Key responsibilities include sourcing high-demand products, optimizing inventory and pricing strategies, managing order fulfillment, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience on our Shopify store. The role also involves creating engaging blog and social media content, implementing data-driven marketing strategies, and using analytics to identify trends and opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Complete Shopify Store Build-out
Complete the Shopify store build-out by ensuring all policy pages (Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Terms of Service, etc.) are accurate and properly formatted.
Add and optimize products using AutoDS or DSers, including optimizing product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing to align with store branding and SEO strategies.
Finalize and implement shipping policies that balance cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Test the entire shopping process, from browsing to checkout, to identify and resolve any issues before launching.
Ensure the store is fully functional, visually appealing, and ready for a seamless customer experience at launch.


Shopify Store Management
Maintain a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience on the Shopify platform by ensuring the website is functional, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
Regularly update the store with new products, promotions, and seasonal themes to keep content fresh and engaging.
Monitor and address any technical issues, ensuring the site operates smoothly at all times.


Product Sourcing and Inventory Management
Use tools like AutoDS or DSers and analytics software to source trending and high-converting products.
Optimize product titles and descriptions for better discoverability and sales performance.
Conduct trend analysis to identify profitable opportunities and ensure the store stays ahead in a competitive market.
Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and identify alternative products to maintain consistent inventory levels, improve cash flow, and enhance profitability.
Track purchase trends to forecast demand accurately and identify cost-saving opportunities.


Order and Fulfillment Management
Oversee the order fulfillment process to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective solutions.
Communicate with suppliers to resolve any order-related issues and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Monitor delivery timelines and optimize shipping strategies to reduce costs while meeting customer expectations.
Handle customer inquiries, refunds, and returns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience and timely resolution of issues.


Pricing and Sales Strategies
Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to stay competitive, increase sales, and maintain profitability.
Regularly analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure products are competitively positioned.


Marketing and Content Creation
Develop compelling content to market products on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to maximize visibility, attract visitors, and boost sales.
Produce engaging, high-converting video content that drives sales and enhances brand presence.
Write engaging blog articles showcasing how products simplify everyday living, providing value to customers while driving traffic to the store.
Develop and execute social media strategies, including paid campaigns and ads, to promote products and grow brand awareness.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers, promote products, and drive sales, including crafting newsletters, promotional emails, and abandoned cart recovery messages.


Analytics and Optimization
Use data-driven insights to monitor key performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, customer retention, etc.) and identify areas for improvement.
Optimize product listings and website content for SEO to improve visibility, drive organic traffic to the Shopify store, and maximize sales.
Develop and implement strategies to increase organic traffic through keyword research, meta tags, and content optimization.
Monitor SEO performance and make data-driven adjustments to enhance search rankings and attract more customers.
Stay updated on e-commerce and dropshipping trends to implement innovative strategies that align with market demands.
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience with Shopify store management, including product listing and optimization.
Proficiency in tools like AutoDS, Google Analytics, and all social media platforms (Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent written communication skills for content creation and customer interactions.
Experience in Canva, Stripe, Paypal.
A proactive and detail-oriented mindset to identify growth opportunities and solve problems efficiently.
Self motivated with an eagerness to learn.
Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.

Results: This role is accountable for ensuring the successful operation, optimization, and growth of the Ease to Everyday Shopify store. The Virtual Assistant will take full ownership of daily store management, customer satisfaction, and marketing efforts, ensuring the store consistently delivers a seamless shopping experience while meeting revenue and traffic goals.
Measurable Outcomes/Results
Website Optimization:
Ensure all product listings are optimized for SEO and conversions within the first 30 days.
Use google and shopify analytics to optimize website for mobile using traffic sources, conversion rates, and page views to analyze mobile user behavior
Track analytics such as page load time, bounce rate, conversion rate, mobile responsiveness, keyword ranking, organic traffic, average order value, etc. and set monthly goals in order to ensure consistent growth and improvement.
Product Management:
Add and optimize 5-7 new products weekly using AutoDS.
Remove products that are not selling or always out of stock.
Achieve a monthly inventory stockout rate of less than 5%.
Traffic and Engagement:
Once the shopify store is live, aim to get 500-1000 new unique visitors within 1 month to the website through SEO and social media content strategies.
Subsequent months should show 20-30% growth in traffic as we refine our marketing strategies
Reach between 100-200 followers across our primary social media platforms, focusing on building quality engagement rather than just follower count, with a steady increase in likes and comments on our posts.
Subsequent months will show progressive growth, potentially doubling our follower count each month while maintaining high engagement levels through targeted content and community building strategies.
Customer Satisfaction:
Resolve 95% of customer inquiries, refunds, and returns within 48 hours.
Develop a way to measure customer satisfaction and product reviews and seek consistent improvement
Sales Growth:
Once the store is live, aim to get $500 in sales in the first month
Drive a 10-20% increase in sales monthly through strategic marketing and pricing adjustments.
Achieve a cart abandonment recovery rate of 25% using email marketing tools.
