Immediate Opening For Fully Remote Parttime Property Manager to Advertise on Various Websites and Social Media

You're Daily Responsibilities:
1. Advertising 5 -10 apartments on various websites (e.g., Zillow, Craigslist, Tenant Turner, Rentspree, theMLS, Yardi and others) and various social media sites (Facebook Marketplace, Facebook groups, Instagram, Tik Tok).
2.  Respond to emails and messages on various websites and social media platform.
3. Edit pictures, edit videos, edit virtual tours and create floor plans.
4. Receive rental applications from various websites, process the prospective tenant screening online and check all the required application documents have been submitted properly and pass off the complete application to the manager.
5.  Help management with various administrative property management tasks.

Requirements To Apply:

1.  MUST be 100% available, working and responsive Monday to Friday PST California 4 hours a day. Time is flexible.
2. At least one year of full time experience posting adds on websites and social media platforms.
3.  Bachelors or higher degree from major university (please provide evidence of your Batchelor's degree when applying)
4.  Positive can do attitude that can think independently.
5.  Excellent written English communication skills
6.. Must have you own computer, reliable internet access (At least 50MBPS download and 20MBPS upload) with a backup power and internet service if there is an outage.
