Cybernerds LLC is a trusted provider of IT services, cybersecurity protection, and IT equipment maintenance. We are seeking a Data Validation Specialist to ensure our CRM has accurate and up-to-date decision-maker information.

Job Responsibilities:
Research and verify names, addresses, and contact details of decision-makers using search engines and Upgrade to see actual info.
Cross-check information from company websites, business directories, and other data sources.
Maintain high accuracy when entering or updating CRM records.
Identify incomplete or outdated data and take steps to correct it.
Meet daily and monthly productivity targets.
Requirements:
? Experience using search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) for research
? Familiarity with Upgrade to see actual info (preferred but not required—training provided)
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
? Experience with CRM systems (preferred but not required)
? Stable internet connection and a reliable computer
? Must be a Philippine citizen and able to work remotely

Compensation & Growth Opportunities:
???? Base Salary: PHP 14,000/month
???? Monthly Bonus: PHP 6,000 for exceeding quota expectations
