About Us:
MyOfficeSupport is a stable and reputable US company that values innovation and efficiency. We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and data-savvy individual to join our team as a Remote Data-Savvy Administrative Assistant.
This is a full-time position with a graveyard shift from 8 pm to 3 am.

Responsibilities:
• As an Experienced Remote Data-Savvy Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
• Consistently following up with the person responsible for immediate resolution.
• Responding to and following up on emails with urgency.
• Organizing received emails on a daily basis.
• Updating and managing our data efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Payable, Audit, or Bookkeeping.
• Available to work during the graveyard shift.
• Process and detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, OneNote, Excel), Slack, Egnyte.
• Computer literate and tech-savvy.
