Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting
Review and approve submitted data for accuracy and consistency.
Maintain and update client-facing data sources.
Generate program reports using predefined templates.
Contribute to internal reporting and data-driven decision-making.

Internal Support & Staff Coordination.
Assist in live reporting, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Communicate with the Delivery Team to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Skills & Qualifications
Advanced Excel & Google Suite (G Suite) skills (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).
Experience in data reporting and analysis for large datasets.
Strong ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights in data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to format reports professionally for internal and external use.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or internal support.
