Responsibilities -
Respond to customer inquiries via
Troubleshoot issues, provide clear solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions in our CRM system.
Identify trends in customer concerns and communicate findings with the team.
Assist customers in fully utilizing our products and services.
What You’ll Need -
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
Strong time management skills to stay on top of responsibilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zendesk, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
