Remote Customer Support Agent – Chat & Email (Sales VA)

We’re seeking dedicated customer support agents who excel in remote chat and email communications.

Key Responsibilities:
*Engage with customers via email to successfully close sales and manage offers.
*Track customer purchase patterns for strategic follow-ups.
*Submit daily updates and performance reports to the team.

Requirements:
*Device with at least 8GB RAM, running Windows 10+ or MacOS.
*Commitment: 6 days a week, 8 hours per day.
*Reliable internet connection and stable power supply.
*English level: B2 or higher.

Compensation:
*Monthly Salary: $800 to $2,000 (paid weekly).
*Weekly bonuses: $50–$200, based on performance.
