Remote Customer Success & Sales Support Specialist

I am the owner, software engineer, head of sales, and help desk technician for a successful U.S.-centric SaaS company. As our customer base continues to grow, I need a dedicated, highly capable right-hand man or woman to help manage sales inquiries, onboard new customers, and ensure our existing clients receive exceptional support.

About the Role
Your daily responsibilities will include:
• Participating in video conferences alongside me to assist in sales discussions.
• Guiding inbound prospects through our structured sales flow.
• Answering prospect and customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Providing top-tier support to existing customers, ensuring near-instant responses to their administrative and technical questions.
• Becoming a product expert in our intuitive B2B SaaS platform.
• Assisting with general business operations as needed.

This is an important role in our company. You will help scale our business while ensuring that our customers receive unparalleled support.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate must have:
• Flawless written and spoken English with a clear, professional American accent.
• A dedicated, professional workspace (multi-monitor desktop, well-lit room, and a neutral/professional video background).
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to master new software quickly.
• A self-starter mentality—you can work independently without constant supervision.
• Excellent reliability—you will work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Los Angeles Time, and respond to inquiries immediately.
• Full commitment—this should be your only job.

Bonus Qualifications
• Familiarity with U.S. products, brands, and retail culture.
• Basic JavaScript knowledge (a plus, but not required).
