JOB OVERVIEW

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and make an impact by delivering exceptional customer experiences remotely. If you enjoy solving problems and building customer relationships, this role is for you.

Your Role:

Answer customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism.
Utilize Zendesk or similar tools to track and resolve tickets efficiently.
Ensure customers receive accurate and complete information in a timely manner.
Communicate with empathy and maintain a positive tone in all interactions.
Escalate complex issues to the right teams for resolution.
Document and update customer interactions in the database.
Meet key performance indicators such as response and resolution times.
Securely handle confidential customer data.
What We’re Looking For:

1 year of experience in a remote or similar customer service role.
Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Gorgias.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Ability to work autonomously in a home-office environment.
Reliable internet and a setup with dual monitors.
