Remote Conversation Specialist

We are looking for a Remote Conversation Specialist to join our team and help us revolutionize how we connect with and serve clients. If you’re passionate about meaningful conversations and have a knack for building trust and rapport, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Engage potential clients through chat software, social media, and email.
Schedule consultations between prospects and Sales Representatives.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up with leads as necessary.
Participate in team discussions to improve conversion strategies.

Qualifications:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in customer service, sales, or virtual assistance.
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
Comfortable using CRM software, social media platforms, and chat tools.

Compensation: $4-$6/hour USD + $5 commission per completed sale via sales team.

HOURS:
Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EASTERN STANDARD TIME. This may vary based on company needs.
