As a Remote Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
• Assigning tasks to Contractors and ensuring tasks are completed before deadlines.
• Assisting in schedule management along with Construction Manager
• Acting as a point of contact between contractors and the construction manager
• Preparing comprehensive documentation of the project and reporting all the completed work
• Understanding the overall construction project.
• Finding contractors/sub-contractors as and when needed for the task.
• Managing our CRMs: Follow up Boss, Home Depot Path to Pro, and Podio

Qualifications and Skills - Must Haves
• With a project and construction management background
• Comfortable with phone work (talking to contractors getting quotes and setting appointments for the construction manager)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to work in teams and independently.?
• Must have excellent organization and time management skills
Qualification and Skill - Good to have, not required
• Civil Engineering Graduate or similar
• Proven work experience as a Construction Coordinator or a similar role in a construction?or real estate company.?
• Ability to handle diverse types of personalities
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
