Gymtopia is the first-ever AI-powered ad agency designed by gym owners, for gym owners. We specialize in media buying, lead generation, digital advertising, and marketing automation to help gym owners grow their businesses. We are looking for a Remote Client Success Manager who thrives in a remote work setting, has great decision-making skills, a client-first mindset, and a passion for helping others win. If you have experience in Go High Level, digital advertising, and marketing automation, this role is for you!

Reports To:
Customer Success Director.


Job Overview:
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management: Guide new clients through onboarding and ensure they understand how to maximize our services.
Campaign Performance Reviews: Analyze client campaign results, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights.
Proactive Client Support: Address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Retention & Growth: Strengthen relationships by helping clients see measurable success, positioning Gymtopia as their long-term marketing partner.
Process & Documentation: Keep detailed records of client communications, progress, and feedback using CRM tools.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the media buying, creative, and tech teams to deliver the best client experience.


Qualifications (Updated):

Experienced in Remote Client Success or Account Management (2+ years preferred)
Skilled in Digital Advertising & Marketing Automation, with hands-on experience using Go High Level (HighLevel CRM)
Tech-savvy & Process-Oriented, with experience managing multiple clients and campaigns
Excellent in English Communication (both written and verbal)
A Decision-Maker who can analyze data, provide insights, and recommend solutions
Client-First & Results-Driven, always focused on helping clients WIN
A Team Player who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise reports and presentations.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban project methodologies is a plus.
Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
English proficiency (both verbal and written) is required; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
