Position: Engagement Manager (EM)
Work Hours: 40 hours/week, Mondays - Fridays, US time zones
Starting salary: USD8 - 10/hour
About us:
We provide sophisticated coaching services and assistance to the Leaders of either top-tier venture capital firms or unicorn startups. We are based in California and we help our clients find their next remote EMs (or Executive Assistants) through a series of screening and assessments. Which means you will be hired directly by the client.
Duties and responsibilities (Similar to Executive Assistant):
Meeting Management
- Create follow-up
- Record information collected from the meeting owner in a contact database
- Add or update calendar item
Task and Time Management
- Record all tasks assigned and performed
- Keep accurate and detailed records of time spent on tasks
Management of Contact Database
- Enter new contact information
- Update existing contact information
- Log value activities performed by the contact owner
- Track all Action items
- Invite new contacts to LinkedIn
- Accept LinkedIn invitations
Research management:
- Perform various internet-based research
- Perform prospect research
Writing:
- Create
- Creation of text templates
Any other responsibilities that might arise while performing this job.
