Remote Architect

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Architect to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs and plans based on project requirements.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure designs meet building codes and regulations.
Use CAD software to create technical drawings.
Oversee project progress and provide solutions as needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Proven experience as an Architect.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Comfortable with monthly payouts via PayPal.
Available to work Monday to Friday, with weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).
Observes U.S. holidays.
PC with an Intel i5 processor or higher.
Reliable power and internet backup.

Salary & Benefits:
?35,000 to ?45,000 per month, depending on experience.
Paid U.S. holidays.
