The Opportunity
High Earning Potential: Earn thousands (USD) for every solar installation you set up. Our top performers regularly achieve multiple installs per week. We currently have cold callers based in America and will give you a similar pay structure despite not living in America. We are looking for the best of the best sales people and will compensate them accordingly.

Your Role & Responsibilities
Cold Calling: Reach out to potential customers using provided scripts and engage prospects effectively.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments between qualified leads and our sales team.

Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with leads to ensure appointments are kept.

Team Collaboration: Communicate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and management to share insights and improve processes.

What We’re Looking For
Excellent English Communication: Strong spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.

Sales Savvy: Previous experience in sales and telemarketing is required.

Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: You thrive on hitting targets and are excited by the prospect of high commission earnings.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online tools, CRM systems, and virtual communication platforms.

Flexible Schedule: Willing to work shifts that align with U.S. business hours (night shifts required).
