Job Description:
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by connecting with potential clients and setting up solar appointments for our sales team. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
Utilize provided leads to identify potential clients who could benefit from our products/services.
Work and be 100% available during working hours
Initiate outbound calls to prospects and engage in meaningful conversations to set them on our consultants' calendar.
Articulate the value and benefits of our products/services to prospects and address any initial inquiries they might have.
Schedule appointments between interested prospects and our sales representatives.
Strive to meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in appointment setting for solar industry, telemarketing, or sales is a plus but not required.
Self-driven and motivated to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable with making outbound calls and engaging in cold conversations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Vici dial experience is a plus!
Compensation:
This is salary based plus commission position
$5 per appointment set that is a valid sit $50 per appointment sold.
and be paid $4 to $6 per hour, your rate will be depending on your performance
