Remote Appointment Setter / Outbound Cold Caller

We’re looking for a motivated Remote Appointment Setter / Outbound Cold Caller with at least 1 year of BPO experience. While experience in appointment setting is a plus, it's not required—we're happy to train the right candidate!

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls using a power dialer
Set appointments and handle call objections
Hit daily and weekly performance targets
Maintain a professional and engaging tone

Qualifications:
1+ year in a BPO or customer service role
Confident communicator with strong English skills
Open to learning cold calling and sales techniques
Resilient and self-motivated
Stable internet connection and a reliable backup

Compensation:
Base rate: $3–$5/hour
Bonuses and performance incentives available
