We are a fast-growing solar development startup based in New York City, committed to helping some of the city’s largest developers transition to renewable energy solutions.
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to manage projects through the sales process, from the initial meeting to contract closing. Once the contracts are closed, our internal team takes over for the installation phase. This role is integral to ensuring that deals progress smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, we aim to maximize your time by involving you in lead generation activities, including making calls to potential prospects to set up meetings.
Knowledge and use of the software Notion is a must, and proficient in organization and follow ups.
