Accountant: Company registration

I need a person who has a proven track record when it comes to establishing limited companies in the Philippines. The task is to register two small family owned companies. One company will not have any employees while the second one will have two employees from the start. The tasks includes but are not necessarily limited to dealing with
*The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
*The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
*Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)
*Social Security System (SSS)
*PAG-IBIG
*PhilHealth
*Local Government Unit (Mayor’s Office)
*A local bank

In your application, please include:
1) Specific experience in registering one or more limited companies in the Philippines.
2) Your general qualifications
3) A fixed price for the whole task, not including the public fees and the paid up share capital.

When the respective companies are incorporated, there will be a need for an accountant and various mentors for two young local entrepreneurs. The person assigned with the above task would be considered for these roles.
