Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive virtual assistant to manage and grow Reddit and Twitter accounts with a strong focus on traffic generation and community engagement. This role requires expertise in both organic and non-organic methods, account farming, and strategies to avoid bans while maximizing engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Reddit Management
Create and farm Reddit accounts to establish credibility within relevant subreddits.
Post content and engage with users manually, adhering to community guidelines to avoid bans.
Utilize both organic and non-organic growth strategies to drive traffic.
Write engaging, relevant captions tailored to subreddit audiences.
Monitor and adjust strategies based on performance analytics and Reddit trends.
Build and maintain relationships with subreddit moderators when necessary.

Twitter Management
Create and manage multiple Twitter accounts to amplify brand presence.
Develop and execute group and comment strategies to increase reach and engagement.
Post engaging content, monitor trends, and participate in conversations to drive traffic.
Write compelling captions and tweets that align with brand voice and goals.
Track performance metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies.

Requirements
Proven experience managing and growing Reddit and Twitter accounts, with a deep understanding of platform rules and community dynamics.
Expertise in avoiding bans and ensuring long-term account sustainability.
Strong writing and captioning skills tailored to different audiences.
Knowledge of both organic and non-organic growth tactics.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and stay organized.
Analytical mindset to track, report, and optimize performance.
Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., scheduling platforms, analytics tools).
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team.
